Exchange & Return:

We accept requests for returns/exchanges within 7 days of order delivery
If a reverse pickup service is unavailable in the area, the customer has to send the product back to us (courier charges will be reimbursed)
It usually takes 10-12 days for the returned product to reach back to us. After we receive the product back, if there is no damage/ further damage, the refund/ exchange will be processed immediately.
