SHIPPING AND RETURN

30 Looks charges Rs. 99/- for orders under Rs. 500/- within India. Orders above Rs. 500/- ship free. Delivery timelines vary by location. 30 Looks uses reputed couriers; once shipped, liability transfers to the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, do let us know within 1 week of receipt. Email contact@30looks.com with supporting pictures for damaged or defective products. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY 30 LOOKS

Cancellation requests must be made within 4 hours of placing the order. Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.
