Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

In the unlikely, specific events where:

  • Any merchandise you have ordered from us is received in damaged or defective condition, and/or
  • The merchandise delivered is different from what you ordered,
  • The fit or feel of the merchandise is different from what you had envisaged at the time of placing your order,
  • You aren’t happy with your order for whatever reason.

You may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, with its original packaging along with original tags, if any.

How to notify us

To ensure that we are serving your need in such an unlikely event, you must notify us within 1 week of receipt of order via email with supporting pictures (specifically for cases (1) and (2) mentioned above), at contact@30looks.com.

We will send you a “Return Request Accepted” email confirmation, post which:

30 Looks will facilitate a reverse pick-up from the delivery address. If the delivery location does not support reverse pick-up, we will request you to ship the product to us and share a copy of the courier invoice, which we will reimburse either with store credit or a cash refund.

Return condition requirements

All you need to do is ship the unused product to us (at the shipping address mentioned below) with its original packaging and the invoice and all labels/trimmings, if any, intact.

  • Products being returned can only be accepted in brand new condition.
  • The product should not be worn, washed, dry cleaned, or dirty.
  • Tags, if any, should be intact and attached to the garment. Loose tags or broken tags will not be accepted for an exchange, credit note, or cash refund.

Returns that are soiled or reach us in a damaged condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit from customer to 30 Looks.

Refunds & replacements

Once received, the customer care team at www.30looks.com will study the cause for the return claim and—if the cause is found factual and clearly established—facilitate the replacement or cash refund as applicable.

In case of a product being faulty or wrongly delivered, 30 Looks will first attempt to facilitate a replacement; where that is not possible, a full product-value cash refund will be offered to the original mode of payment.

Please note: shipping charges, if any, will not be eligible for refund.

Special offer sales

Products included in special offer lots may not be eligible for any replacement or store credit.

Steps to return your purchase

  1. On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
  2. Send us an email with details of the invoice along with supporting pictures showing the reason for the return request.
  3. Wait for a “Return Request Accepted” confirmation email from us.
  4. In case of return, pack your return securely in the original package, if possible, and include your invoice copy highlighting the item being returned.
  5. Courier the parcel back to us at the address below (if reverse pick-up is not arranged).
