We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, do let us know.

In the unlikely, specific events where

  • any merchandise you have ordered from us is received in damaged / defective condition, and/or
  • if merchandise delivered is different from what you have ordered,
  • the fit or feel of the merchandise is different from what you had envisaged at the time of placing your order,
  • you aren’t happy with your order for whatever reason

You may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, with its original packaging along with original tags if any.

To ensure that we are serving your need in such an unlikely event, you must notify us within 1 week of receipt of order via email with supporting pictures (specifically for cases (1) and (2) mentioned above), on  contact@30looks.com We will send you a return request accepted email confirmation, post which,

30 Looks will facilitate a reverse pick up from the delivery address. If for whatever reason, the location of delivery address does not support a reverse pick up, we will request you to ship the product to us and share a copy of the courier invoice with us which we will reimburse either with store credit or a cash refund.

All you need to do is ship the unused product to us (at the shipping address mentioned below)with  its original packaging and the invoice and all labels/ trimmings if any, intact. Products being returned can only be accepted in brand new condition. It should not be worn, washed, dry cleaned or dirty. Tags, if any, should be intact & attached to the garment. Loose tags or broken tags will not be accepted for an exchange or credit note or cash refund. Returns that are soiled or reach us in a damaged condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit from customer to 30Looks.

Once received, the customer care team at www.30looks.com would study the cause for return claim and based on their finding the cause to be factual and clearly established, will facilitate the replacement or store credit as applicable. In such a case, of a product being faulty or wrongly delivered, 30 Looks will first attempt to facilitate a replacement in satisfaction of the product ordered, and where that is not possible for any reason whatsoever, offer a full value store credit, which can be used to purchase any product on www.30looks.com within 90 days of issue of store credit. Alternatively 30 Looks will make a full value cash refund to the mode of payment used by the customer at the time of executing the transaction.

Users should note that special offer sales maybe announced from time to time and products included in such lots will not be eligible for any replacement or store credit

Please follow these simple steps to return your purchase:

  1. On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
  2. Send us an email with details of the invoice along with supporting pictures showing the reason for return request.
  3. Wait for receiving a “Return Request Accepted” confirmation email from us.
  4. In case of return Pack your return securely in the original package, if possible, and include your invoice copy highlighting the item being returned.
