Shipping Policy
30 Looks charges Rs. 99/- shipping charges on all orders under Rs. 500/- within India. 30 Looks will make a maximum of three (3) attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, 30 Looks reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

Free Shipping
No matter where you are in India, we will ship your order to you at no additional charge for all orders over Rs. 500/-. Time for shipment varies from carrier to carrier and location to location, however we shall make every endeavour to have your order reach you at the earliest. Your order should normally reach you within 7-10 working days.

Where there is a likelihood of delay in delivery of the products, the User may be notified of the same from time to time. If you have an urgent requirement, please leave a note while placing your order or let our team know so that we can do our best to try and reach your order to you within the stipulated timeframe.

However, no refunds may be claimed by the User for any delay in delivery of the products, which was caused due to reasons beyond the control of the Website and/or the Seller.

Courier & Delivery Responsibility
30 Looks will take all necessary steps to deal only with reputed courier services. As in common trade practice, the risk of loss and title for products ordered by customers shall cease to be with 30 Looks upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Any claims for loss or damage in transit will be upon the courier as per trade practice, and the user acknowledges that any recourse in this respect may have to be with the courier service involved in the delivery process.

30 Looks will provide any required information or other support that is within its convenient capability in this connection, to the user. Replacement of products and credits to customer’s account for products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to 30 Looks’ investigation and discretion.

Duties & Taxes
For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian taxes and GST.

In-store Pick Up (Hyderabad)
In-store pick up option is available for residents of Hyderabad and Secunderabad only. This may be done on any working day between 11:00 AM and 05:00 PM.

You may place your order online, and under order notes please mention “In-store pick up. Do not ship.” if you desire to collect your order in person.

Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our office, see the products for yourself and our team will be happy to assist you in placing your order during your visit such that you can take your products with you when you leave.
