Exchange & Return:

We accept requests for returns/exchanges within 7 days of order delivery.
If a reverse pickup service is unavailable in the area, the customer has to send the product back to us (courier charges will be reimbursed).
The returned product usually takes 10-12 days to reach us. Upon receipt of the product, if there is no damage/ further damage, we will immediately process the refund/ exchange.
